Gaby was recommended to me by a friend. The takeaway from dealing with her was that she responds quickly, picks up the phone, and communicates clearly throughout each step. She is very experienced and, at this point, could do these loans in her sleep. I bought my place right after hurricane Ian. It was a tricky market and not easy to find homeowners or flood insurance. Gaby went out of her way to find me insurance. She got several quotes for me which was going above and beyond. She made the whole loan process relatively painless. Most documents were able to be signed electronically which saved time. I will use her when I refinance.

This was my second time working with Gaby as my mortgage consultant. I had such an amazing experience the first time, that once I was back on the market looking for a property to purchase, I reached out to her immediately for a pre-approval. Just like the first time, she did not disappoint. She immediately worked on getting me the pre-approval and once my offer for a property was accepted, she quickly worked with me to get my loan approved. We closed on the property earlier this week, just under a month. Gaby is professional, experienced, friendly and patient. She was quick to respond to my questions via text or phone call even when I asked her to go over the numbers with me again (for the tenth time). She was always responsive, courteous, and has excellent customer service skills. It is a very stressful time in my life for various reasons but Gaby made this aspect of home buying stress-free.
